For soil environmental testing laboratories, how to do a good job in design? What does its quality management monitoring look like? In this issue of the article, I will introduce the design and quality management monitoring of soil environmental testing laboratories.
I. The design of soil environment testing laboratory
The decoration of the soil environmental testing laboratory is a complex system project. Whether it is new construction, expansion, or renovation, the overall planning must be done in the early stage. The most important of these is the laboratory design. It includes two aspects, one is rational layout and graphic design, and the other is infrastructure and basic conditions such as ventilation, purification, water supply, power supply, safety measures, and environmental protection.
In addition, the design of the soil environment testing laboratory should be considered in six aspects, namely: cover graphic design system, single structure function design system, water supply and drainage design system, electric control system, special gas distribution system, Harmful gas output system.
II. Quality management monitoring of soil environment testing laboratory
1. Overview of the quality management system
The quality management system includes two parts: basic resources and management system. The focus is on continuously and effectively controlling all activities that affect laboratory quality. The basic characteristics are: systemic, comprehensive, effective and adaptable.
①Basic resources: The so-called basic resources are simply the material basis for the operation of the management system and are the necessary testing conditions, including professional and technical personnel, laboratory equipment and environmental conditions.
②Management system: The so-called management system, in simple terms, is a set of control system that assigns responsibilities to various departments and personnel in the laboratory, determines the processes of experimental projects, formulates inspection procedures and inspection basis, and enables these to be coordinated and effectively carried out. .
2. Early stage quality control
Preliminary quality control specifically has four aspects of work, namely: testing personnel, environmental quality, testing equipment, and testing standards.
①Inspectors: The training of relevant personnel must be strengthened to enable them to possess the corresponding knowledge and skills, so as to be able to undertake corresponding responsibilities.
②Environmental quality: you can start from the temperature, humidity, noise, vibration, etc. in the laboratory.
③Testing instruments: The instruments in the laboratory shall be regularly identified, maintained and checked.
④Inspection standards: The inspection standards should be tracked dynamically, to see if there is the latest valid version, and to research and determine them in time.
