The high-voltage switch manufacturing industry occupies a pivotal position in the power industry, and laboratory electrical engineering is also an important part of laboratory decoration and construction. Regarding the debugging of high-voltage switchgear, whether it is preconditions such as replacement of components, equipment failure, or re-use, all provide important guarantees for the safe and stable operation of equipment and the normal operation of the laboratory.

Laboratory electrical engineering: Seven steps for power supply operation of the main power cabinet:

1. Close all cabinet doors (including the rear sealing plate) and lock them.

2. Push the transfer trolley up and position it well.

3. Push the circuit breaker trolley into the cabinet and adjust it to the test position. (When operating, press the two push-pull handles of the circuit breaker to the middle, and then push it into the cabinet until it reaches the test position.)

4. Insert the aviation plug and lock the door of the handcart room

5. Check whether the various instrument panels and signal indications of the upper cabinet door are normal (that is, the integrated relay power supply light, the circuit breaker opening indicator light, and the energy storage indicator light are on at the same time).

6. Insert the crank of the circuit breaker handcart into the socket of the crank and press it down firmly, turn the crank clockwise for about 20 turns, and remove the crank when the crank is obviously blocked with a "click" sound. The car is in the working position, the aviation plug is locked, the main circuit of the circuit breaker and the trolley is connected, and the relevant signals are checked.

7. Check whether the light on the panel of the charged display is on. If the light is on, it means that the power supply has been sent into the cabinet.

8. Close the transfer switch to turn on the circuit breaker and send power (the red light on the meter door is on and the green light is off at this time), and check whether other related signals are normal, which means that the power is successfully transmitted, and the laboratory electrical engineering can continue subsequent operations.

In addition, it should be noted that: when the red fault indicator light on the panel lights up and the signal screen fault sounds, it means that the line is faulty. The possible situation is that the circuit breaker automatically trips after closing, or is automatically opened during operation. At this time, check the cause of the fault and repeat the above operation until the power supply is normal.
