In the clean engineering, how to scientifically design the exhaust system to not only meet the process requirements, but also save energy? The key to the design of the exhaust system is the design of the exhaust (dust exhaust) plan. Through in-depth understanding of the production process and familiarity with the characteristics of dust and heat production, an effective dust collection and heat exhaust plan (using a closed box, closed chamber, Air curtain isolation plus exhaust hood, exhaust hood), but all measures should not affect the production process operation, and should not increase the hidden danger of dust collection in the clean room.

Local exhaust

The local exhaust system generally consists of various types of exhaust hoods, ducts, air purification equipment, fans, etc. It can effectively control the spread of harmful substances, ensure that the work area is not polluted, has a small investment, is economical and reliable, and is suitable for the treatment and discharge of harmful substances generated by local process equipment in workshops, factories, laboratories and other rooms. The separate provision of local exhaust system is to prevent the flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive media in the exhaust system from intermixing and cross-contamination, and induce various safety accidents, and refer to the current national standard "Heating and Ventilation" And air conditioning design specifications" GB 50019, which is also a mandatory provision.

Full exhaust

When the local ventilation system cannot control the diffusion of harmful substances, comprehensive ventilation can be used. Comprehensive ventilation is also called dilution ventilation. On the one hand, sufficient amount of treated clean fresh air is sent to dilute the concentration of harmful substances. In addition, the harmful substances are continuously discharged outside after being treated, and the concentration of harmful substances is within the range of the national emission standards. The effect of comprehensive ventilation is not only related to the overall ventilation volume, but also related to the airflow organization of the ventilated room.

After understanding the two ways of exhausting, CEIDI will briefly talk about the eight design forms of exhaust systems. Enterprises that require enterprises can choose their own exhaust system design types according to the particularities of their industries.

1. General exhaust system: The general exhaust gas discharged from auxiliary production rooms and living rooms generally does not need to be treated and discharged directly into the atmosphere.

2. Acid gas exhaust system: Acid gas is exhausted during the production of clean room products. In this type of exhaust system, a wet scrubbing absorption tower is usually installed, which is discharged into the atmosphere after treatment.

3. Organic gas exhaust system: When a clean room is used to produce products and various organic substances are used as raw and auxiliary materials, organic gas will be emitted in related places or equipment. Exhaust devices should be installed for such places or equipment. The organic gas in the exhaust system should be treated accordingly before being discharged into the atmosphere.

4. Hot gas exhaust system: all kinds of furnaces, high-temperature sterilization equipment, etc. in the production process are exhausted with hot gas. Due to the high exhaust temperature, the clean room can sometimes be treated by heat recovery and other methods. If the exhaust volume is small Or when it is inconvenient to deal with, it should be discharged directly into the atmosphere after taking necessary heat insulation measures.

5. Harmful and toxic exhaust system in the production of pharmaceuticals: In the exhaust vents of some special drugs (such as highly allergenic drugs, certain steroid drugs and highly active and toxic drugs) rooms, high-efficiency filters should be installed to reduce pollution. Discharge into the atmosphere.

6. Alkaline gas exhaust system: Acidic gas is exhausted during the production of clean room products. In this type of exhaust system, a wet scrubbing absorption tower is usually installed and discharged into the atmosphere after treatment.

7. Exhaust system containing dust: In different production processes, the nature and concentration of dust in the exhaust are different. For some high dust concentrations, dust removal equipment should be used to filter the exhaust gas and discharge into the atmosphere after meeting the requirements.

8. Special gas exhaust system: For the production of special gas (inflammable, explosive or toxic, even highly toxic or corrosive gas) to prevent chemical reactions in the exhaust system, the exhaust system should be divided, and special exhaust gas treatment devices should be selected , And discharge into the atmosphere after reaching the emission standard.
