The dust-free injection molding workshop is different from other product dust-free workshops. There are high-temperature machines in the workshop to complete injection molding and hot-press molding. In particular, the injection molding machine itself is bulky, and many factors must be considered according to the scale of the centralized setting. The designer of CEIDI will combine the heat generation of the injection molding machine, the height of the machine and the height of the ceiling, environmental temperature and humidity, cleanliness, product dust production, equipment water supply and drainage, equipment power distribution, etc., which are also 100,000 grades. In a clean, dust-free workshop, the issues to be considered in the injection molding workshop are slightly more complicated than those in a conventional dust-free workshop. In addition, the dust-free injection molding workshop has complex processes, advanced and expensive equipment, and long production line operation time. Key points of the design and planning of the dust-free injection workshop:

1. Plastic raw materials, toners, nozzle materials, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprays, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials are used in the production process of the injection molding dust-free workshop. Therefore, the raw material room, scrap room, The operation and coordinated management of various links and positions in the batching room, production site, post-processing area, tool room, semi-finished product area, office and other areas are very important.

2. The designer should absolutely isolate the scrap, feeding and mixing workshops in the functional area planning. The feeding and mixing rooms are separated into small rooms. The equipment is commonly used for drying materials, mold temperature meters, feeders and other equipment. A large amount of hot exhaust gas will be generated during the injection molding process, which must be discharged from the clean room as soon as possible through reasonable collection to maintain the dust-free requirements of the working environment. At the same time, for the centralized emission of waste gas, activated carbon waste gas treatment equipment should be installed in accordance with the requirements of different local regulations.
