Item 2: If it is a clean workbench that is newly installed or has not been used for a long time, clean the workbench and its surroundings with a vacuum cleaner or tools that do not produce fibers before use, and then sterilize it with ultraviolet rays or drugs.

Item 3: Before using the clean workbench, irradiate it with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for 30-50 minutes, and then scrub the work surface with 75% alcohol to remove the accumulated microorganisms in the work area. Then start the fan to run for 2 minutes, and then the relevant experimental operations can be carried out.

Item 4: Don't store unnecessary items around the clean workbench, so as not to interfere with the clean air flow pattern.

Item 5: Pay attention to the changes in the airflow around the clean bench. If the airflow becomes weak, such as the alcohol lamp flame does not move, and the motor voltage is increased, the situation has not changed. This indicates that the filter is blocked and must be replaced in time. Usually, the high-efficiency filter is replaced once every three years, and it must be replaced by professionals. In addition, the filter cloth in the coarse filter should be cleaned and replaced every 3-6 months.

Item 6: After the clean workbench is used, the staff should clean up the items on the worktop in time, and scrub the worktop with alcohol to achieve a cleaning and sterilization effect.
