At present, we divide virus laboratories into 4 categories, namely: virus culture laboratory, virus immunology laboratory, HIV laboratory, and biochemical immunology laboratory.

I. Virus culture laboratory

Function: used for virus isolation, cultivation and identification.

Test items: There are 4 types of items, namely, influenza virus isolation and identification, polio virus isolation and identification and neutralizing antibody determination, polio candy pill titer determination, and measles vaccine titer determination.

II. Virus Immunology Laboratory (P2 Laboratory Design)

Function: Used for virus immunological detection.

Test items: There are 6 types of items, namely enzyme immunity test, blood coagulation and blood inhibition test, introduction immunofluorescence test, agglutination test, neutralization test, and complement fixation test.

Main equipment: There are 10 kinds of necessary equipment, which are fluorescence microscope, ultra-low temperature refrigerator, ordinary incubator, water bath, 1 secondary biological safety cabinet, microplate reader, plate washer, desktop low-temperature high-speed centrifuge, desktop ordinary centrifuge Machine, automatic high-pressure sterilizer.

III. HIV laboratory

Function: Used for preliminary screening and confirmation of AIDS.

Test items: There are 4 types of items, namely enzyme immunoassay, western blotting test, agglutination test, gold label (selenium label) rapid test.

Main equipment: There are 9 kinds of necessary equipment, namely, microplate reader, plate washer, automatic western blotting machine, biological safety cabinet, low temperature refrigerator, ordinary incubator, automatic high pressure sterilizer, digital camera, flow cytometer .

IV. Biochemical Immunology Laboratory

Function: used for immunological analysis and biochemical analysis of hepatitis virus.

Test items: There are 3 types of items, namely A. Enzyme immunoassay, biochemical analysis, and time-resolved immunoassay.

Main equipment: There are 3 kinds of necessary equipment, namely, automatic biochemical analyzer, automatic microplate reader, and time resolution detector.
