Question 8: Air conditioning system
The air conditioning system plays an important role in the laboratory. It not only controls the temperature and humidity of the laboratory, but also cooperates with the ventilation system to effectively ensure that the laboratory temperature, humidity, and room pressure are within a reasonable range. The staff, instruments and equipment have a good working environment.
If you need to be equipped with central air conditioning, you must do a good job in the design of the air conditioning system when the laboratory is decorated, so that this system can be modularized by region and time. The advantage of this is that it can effectively prevent the detection performance of the equipment from being affected by the inability to use the air conditioner during overtime.
The central air-conditioning pipeline layout should be carried out according to the design of the laboratory's ventilation and exhaust pipes, so that there will be no staggered overlap during construction. In addition, the air conditioning system must be able to ensure 24-hour constant temperature regulation in the sample room, gas cylinder room, ultra-low temperature refrigerator room, precision instrument room, and uninterruptible power supply room in extreme weather conditions.
Question 9: Fire fighting system
The laboratory environment is special, so there are strict requirements on fire protection. In the laboratory design, the fire protection system should be designed from the four points of architectural characteristics, process requirements, equipment investment and process characteristics, storage samples and reagent types, so as to ensure the fire safety of the laboratory.
Take precision instrument rooms, sterile rooms, power distribution rooms, and uninterruptible power supply rooms as examples. These rooms should be equipped with gas fire extinguishing devices instead of automatic sprinklers, because automatic sprinklers may damage the equipment, or Destroy the clean environment.
Question 10: Ventilation and exhaust system
This is one of the most important systems in laboratory decoration. Its perfection will have a direct impact on the indoor environment, staff health, and the operation and maintenance of equipment. A complete ventilation and exhaust system can make the laboratory a harmonious, safe and healthy workplace. Therefore, pressure difference, noise, ventilation frequency, and toxic gas residue in the fume hood are all issues to be concerned about.
For modern laboratories, the fresh air diffuser in front of the fume hood should be designed with adjustable direction movable room shutters, which can avoid direct entry of hot and cold air from outside in winter and summer. In addition, the sample room and reagent room of the laboratory should also be equipped with ventilation and exhaust equipment to avoid sample smell affecting the surrounding environment.
Question 11: Centralized gas supply system
As we all know, many instruments and equipment in the laboratory need to be operated by gas supply, so centralized gas supply has become the mainstream solution in this regard. However, safety measures for the centralized gas supply system must be taken during laboratory decoration. Take the gas cylinder room as an example, explosion-proof doors, explosion vent windows, gas leakage induction alarm devices must be used, and explosion-proof electrical circuits must be equipped.
Question 12: Water supply and drainage system
Laboratory water supply and drainage systems have special requirements for pipes, not only acid and alkali resistance, but also resistance to the melting of materials by organic reagents, so PVC pipes cannot be used, but PPR pipes must be used. In addition, the design scheme of the water supply and drainage system should be determined according to the nature, flow, and discharge laws of sewage, combined with outdoor drainage conditions.
If the laboratory area is large and the sewer pipes are complicated, measures should be taken to avoid blockage and leakage of the pipes. For example, a filter screen and a trap are set, and the elbow is connected at a 45° angle. In order to avoid secondary pollution, the sensor faucet is also indispensable. The water heater can be a built-in instant electric water heater to make the whole more beautiful.
Question 13: Choice of console
The choice of the laboratory console should meet the needs of the work, and comprehensive consideration should be made from the three aspects of the tabletop material, cabinet structure and material, and color matching. The structure of the cabinet is steel-wood, aluminum-wood, and all-steel, and the bracket has C-shaped and back-shaped. In short, it should be determined according to the needs.
In addition, the type, quantity and layout of the cabinets in each room of the laboratory should be determined according to the function of the room, and the side table, central table, high cabinet, and wall cabinet should be well matched to avoid subsequent work. cause inconvenience.
Question 14: Transportation of goods
For laboratory decoration, if you consider using stairs to carry objects, then the ladder width is ≥1.8m, the platform is ≥1.6m, and the load is ≥400kg/㎡. When using an elevator to carry goods, the elevator load is ≥1t, the door width is ≥1.1m, the door height is ≥2.1m, and the depth is ≥2m.
In terms of item unloading, explicit or concealed lifting lugs can be designed on the single beam of the awning, and the items can be easily unloaded by hanging the lifting chain. If you have the conditions, you can design the manned elevator and unloading elevator during the laboratory decoration, which is more convenient.
Question 15: Noise and vibration
Noise and vibration must be assessed during laboratory acceptance, so noise and vibration prevention must be done. The environmental noise requirement of the laboratory is ≤70dB. If there are special requirements for noise, the noise requirement is ≤40dB. Specifically, the location of the laboratory should be far away from the noisy street, which will increase the noise and vibration prevention work in the later stage. Therefore, it is recommended that the site of the laboratory be in the park.
In terms of anti-vibration, the laboratory decoration should be simple, regular and straight in the layout, so that the quality and stiffness of the building structure are evenly and symmetrically distributed. The gables can be arranged symmetrically at both ends of the laboratory, and the stiffness of the longitudinal walls on both sides should also be uniform and symmetrical. Lightweight wall panels or reinforced concrete wall panels can be used as the retaining wall, and the masonry retaining wall should be externally attached and tied to the column reliably.
Through these two articles, 15 problems of laboratory decoration are introduced in detail, and I hope to help everyone.
