Conventional industrial production workshops should be required for production. In addition to arranging various parts production lines, especially in some large industrial workshops, independent workshops such as punching workshops and fan workshops will be set up. These equipments are noisy, which leads to the comparison of noise problems in the workshops. Seriously, measures must be taken to insulate and reduce the noise in the workshop, so as to ensure the production environment of the workshop and the physical and mental comfort of the staff.
CEIDI is an EPC service integrator that specializes in servicing laboratories, clean workshops and other projects. It has many iconic projects in this field, so we use the content of noise reduction in clean workshop decoration to carry out science popularization. When sound insulation and noise reduction in conventional production workshops, they usually deal with noise reduction, sound insulation, sound absorption, and vibration reduction. As the clean workshop is a relatively closed and depressive environment, ensuring noise control is essential for the protection of workshop staff and the production environment. According to the "Code for Design of Clean Workshops", the non-unidirectional flow clean room noise should be ≤60DB(A) when the clean room is empty, and the unidirectional flow and mixed flow clean room noise should be ≤65Db(A).
1. The source of noise in the clean workshop
The noise in the clean workshop mainly comes from two kinds of equipment, one is public power equipment, such as air compressors, water pumps, cooling towers, electrical equipment and so on. The other is the noise generated by the production equipment in the clean workshop, the fan and the air duct of the air-conditioning system.
The noise of power equipment includes mechanical noise and airflow noise, as well as various control measures that can be taken for noise control, such as sound insulation, sound absorption, noise reduction, vibration isolation and other technical measures to effectively control the air source and transmission path.
Air shower in a clean room, because the surface of the decorative materials is smooth and firm, the noise attenuation is reduced, and the noise level is difficult to reduce, noise control measures should adopt the muffler method, that is, the muffler is installed in the air-conditioning system of the clean workshop to minimize the wind speed of the return air duct .
2. Noise control standards in the design specifications of clean workshops
1. The noise level in the clean room (empty state), the non-unidirectional flow clean room should not be greater than 60Db(A), and the unidirectional flow and mixed flow clean room should not be greater than 65dB(A).
2. The level and section design of the clean workshop should consider the control requirements. The maintenance structure of the clean room should have good sound insulation performance, and the sound insulation of each part should be similar.
3. Low-noise products should be selected for various equipment in the clean room. For equipment whose radiated noise value exceeds the allowable value of the clean room, special sound insulation facilities (such as sound insulation booths, sound insulation covers, etc.) should be set up.
4. When the noise of the purification air-conditioning system exceeds the allowable value, control measures such as sound insulation, noise reduction, and vibration isolation should be taken. The exhaust system in the clean room should be designed with noise reduction in addition to the accident exhaust.
5. Purification air-conditioning system, according to the indoor allowable noise level requirements, the wind speed in the duct should be selected according to the following regulations: 6-10m/s; branch ducts without air supply and return air outlets are 4-6m/s; with delivery, The branch duct of the return air outlet is 2-5m/s.
3. Noise control methods in clean workshops
There are two main channels for noise control in clean workshops: control the noise of the sound source and control the noise in the propagation path
1. Noise control method in clean workshop: control the noise of sound source. Choose advanced low-noise production equipment and power equipment for regular maintenance and repair of equipment, replace worn and loose parts and use low-speed machines as much as possible;
2. Noise control in the propagation path. The clean room uses a soundproof cover to close the sound source, cleans the air conditioning system, and installs a muffler in the air duct and exhaust pipe. The muffler is a device that prevents sound propagation and allows airflow to pass. A good muffler has good aerodynamic performance and good structural performance. , The noise elimination effect is very good. At the same time, the air flow in the air duct should be minimized. The sound insulation board covers a single layer or a composite structure outside the sound source to form a local sound insulation barrier; the walls and ceiling of the power station room are treated with sound absorption, and the space clean room can suspend sound absorption bodies and add sound insulation screens.
In summary, most of the internal equipment in the workshop is the main source of noise. Through the above methods, sound insulation and vibration reduction can be implemented. Experienced designers will consider adequate noise reduction methods in the early stage, because noise reduction methods have great socio-economic significance. It not only creates good working conditions for workshop staff, but also helps improve labor productivity and production efficiency. On the one hand, the increase in products produced per unit of time has shortened the consumption of working hours. CEIDI fully integrates the "people-oriented" and "crisis pre-crisis" thinking into the design and decoration, which has laid a solid foundation for the operation and management of the later enterprise. basis.
