At present, in addition to some general physics laboratories for teaching, laboratories used in various scientific research, medical, testing, precision electronics and other industries have functional cleanliness requirements, which is what we often call clean rooms. The clean room we talk about in the purification project can also generally refer to clean workshops, clean rooms, and clean workshops. It refers to the removal of particles, harmful air, bacteria, etc. in the air within a certain space, and the indoor temperature, humidity, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity. Control in a certain range of requirements, and give a specially designed room. No matter how the external air conditions change, the room can maintain the required cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure characteristics. In order to facilitate the public understanding, CEIDI Xidi conducts science popularization according to the classification of clean rooms that are most easily understood by the public:
1. Industrial clean room
It targets the control of inanimate particles. It mainly controls the pollution of the work object by air dust particles, and the interior generally maintains a positive pressure. It is suitable for precision machinery industry, electronics industry (semiconductor, integrated circuit, etc.) aerospace industry, high-purity chemical industry, atomic energy industry, opto-magnetic product industry (optical disk, film, tape production) LCD (liquid crystal glass), computer hard disk, computer head Production and other industries.
2. Biological clean room
Mainly control the pollution of working objects by living particles (bacteria) and inanimate particles (dust). Can be divided into;
A. General biological clean room: Mainly control the pollution of microorganisms (bacteria) objects. At the same time, the internal materials must be able to withstand the erosion of various sterilizing agents, and the internal pressure is generally guaranteed. Essentially, an industrial clean room whose internal materials can withstand various sterilization treatments. Examples: pharmaceutical industry, hospitals (operating rooms, sterile wards) production of food, cosmetics, beverage products, animal laboratories, physical and chemical laboratories, blood stations, etc.
B. Biological safety clean room: Mainly control the pollution of living particles to the outside world and people. The inside must maintain a negative pressure with the atmosphere. Examples: Bacteriology, biology, clean laboratory, physical engineering (recombinant gene, vaccine preparation)
The design of the clean room must implement the relevant national policies and guidelines, and must meet the requirements of advanced technology, reasonable economy, safety and application, quality assurance, conservation and environmental protection. At the same time, the clean room design should create necessary conditions for construction, installation, testing, maintenance management and safe operation, and meet the relevant requirements of current national standards and regulations. For the construction of laboratories with cleanliness requirements, the construction must be carried out by a professional and experienced design and construction unit. Because only professional design and construction personnel can combine the actual requirements of the project demander under the conditions of the standards and specifications, and build a complete clean project that meets the standards and meets the needs of the owner.

(8) ISO14644-8 molecular pollution
(9) ISO14644-9 clean chemicals (liquid)
In the process of clean room construction, choosing the right clean system/material is also a big science. Because the composition of the clean room is composed of the following systems (one of them is indispensable in the constituent system molecules), otherwise it will not be able to form a complete and good-quality clean room:
(1) Ceiling system: including Ceiling rod, I-Beam or U-Beam, and Ceiling grid or Ceilingframe.
(2) Air conditioning system: including air cabin, filter system, windmill, etc.
(3) Partitional wall: Including windows and doors.
(4) Floor: Including raised floor or anti-static comfort floor.
(5) Lighting appliances: including fluorescent lamps, yellow tubes, etc.
The main structure of the clean room building is generally made of steel or bone cement, but no matter what the structure is, the following conditions must be met:
A. Cracks will not occur due to temperature changes and vibration;
B. It is not easy to produce fine dust particles, and it is difficult to attach particles;
C. Low hygroscopicity;
D. In order to maintain indoor humidity conditions, thermal insulation should be high.
In view of the fact that most of the demand units are currently designing and decorating existing sites, the CEIDI Xidi designer said: Regarding the site selection list, the construction requirements must meet the following conditions:
1. The height of the clean room is controlled by the net height, and the net height should be 100 milliseconds.
2. The clean room should be equipped with rooms and facilities for personnel purification and material purification, and should be equipped with living rooms and other rooms as needed.
3. The building plan and space layout of the clean room should have appropriate flexibility. The main structure of the clean area should not be loaded with internal walls. The durability of the main structure is coordinated with the level of indoor equipment and decoration, and it should have the performance of fire prevention, temperature deformation control and uneven subsidence (the seismic area should meet the seismic design regulations), and the deformation joints of the workshop should avoid passing through the clean area.
4. When the maximum frequency wind of the clean room has a chimney on the windward side, the horizontal distance between the clean room and the chimney should not be less than 12 times the height of the chimney, and the distance between the clean room and the main traffic road should not be less than 50 meters. The surrounding area should be greened, lawns can be planted, trees that do not have harmful effects on the degree of dust in the atmosphere can be planted, and green communities should be formed, but fire fighting operations should not be hindered.
5. When the supply and return air pipes and other pipelines need to be laid in secret, technical interlayers, technical channels or trenches should be set; when the vertical pipelines passing through the polar layers need to be laid in secret, technical shafts should be set.
6. When designing the space, it is necessary to carefully consider the relationship between the production clean area and the related auxiliary production area, and the space layout must be effective and flexible.
For a general clean room, air supply, return air and exhaust pipes, as well as various water, gas, and electrical pipelines, are arranged on the upper part of the suspended ceiling or under the floor. It is necessary to set up the necessary space in a clean room with vertical unidirectional flow. First of all, the space of the clean room should be reasonably and effectively arranged on the premise of selecting the air flow pattern, the form of the purification air conditioning system, the air conditioner, and the air filter. : In the clean room design, especially the one-way flow clean room design, the air flow pattern, the choice of purifying air conditioning equipment and the choice of layout plan are the main factors to determine the space layout of the clean room. In general building design, the air conditioner is the accessory equipment of the building. It only supplements and perfects the functional equipment of the building, but it is the main functional equipment to achieve air cleanliness in the purification of air-conditioning equipment in the clean workshop.
In today's society, due to the continuous development of productivity, the demand for clean rooms in all walks of life is increasing day by day. In the precision electronics industry, the main function of clean rooms is to control the cleanliness and temperature of the atmosphere that products (such as silicon chips, etc.) contact. Humidity enables products to be produced and manufactured in a good environmental space. We call this space a clean room. CEDI Xidi welcomes a series of clean room projects represented by the construction project of Landner's lithium battery research and development laboratory, and welcomes consultation and discussion of the majority of demanding enterprises.
