1. Operating room wall

(1) The walls of the operating room and the clean corridor are made of anti-rust, scrubbing, acid and alkali, fireproof, sound insulation and heat preservation metal materials (electrolytic metal plate or color steel plate) to make anti-bacterial walls, and the wall connection adopts circular arcs. form.

(2) Color steel plates are used in the clean exterior corridors and other auxiliary rooms, and the thickness of the color steel plates must be implemented in accordance with national standards.

2. Operating room floor

(1) All use anti-static, anti-bacterial, fire-resistant, and wear-resistant pvc coils.

1. The clean air-conditioning system should keep the clean operating department under control. 2. Air distribution

3. Purification air conditioning unit configuration requirements

(1) The operating room, clean corridors and auxiliary rooms are assembled with imported parts to assemble medical sanitary air-conditioning units with humidifiers and dry steam devices.

4. Purification air-conditioning system components and materials

(1) The inner surface and built-in parts of the purification air-conditioning unit should be made of materials resistant to corrosion by disinfectants, and the surface of the material should be smooth and clean.

5. Purification system configuration requirements

(1) Purify the fresh air of the air-conditioning system. The air supply is mandatory and should be controlled by a constant air volume valve.

(2) The purification system is composed of air conditioning unit, constant air volume valve, stainless steel ceiling air supply device, high efficiency filter, muffler, sterilization device, fire damper, galvanized steel duct (including heat preservation), etc.

(3) Each purification system in the operating room is equipped with an electric heating device for the air duct.

6. Design requirements for purifying air-conditioning automatic control system

(1) Each purification system must be equipped with automatic control equipment.

(2) The temperature and humidity sensor is used, and the actuator is matched with the controller to realize constant temperature and humidity control.

(3) The operating room is provided with remote control and temperature and humidity setting devices for the unit.

(4) It should be able to implement process control of the blower, fresh air blower, exhaust fan, surface cooler, filter, fire damper, regulating valve and other equipment in the system.
