IDC computer room construction not only includes the various disciplines involved in the computer room, such as computer room decoration, power supply and distribution, air conditioning, integrated wiring, security monitoring, equipment monitoring and fire protection systems, etc., but also includes consulting and planning of overall solutions from data centers to power computer rooms , Design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance services. Therefore, each system in the computer room cannot be viewed in isolation, but as a larger unified system for design and implementation to improve the reliability, availability, safety and security of the overall program implementation. Easy to manage. The decoration and construction of the computer room site is the largest part of IDC's initial construction investment. Because IDC users may store their important data and applications in the IDC computer room, the requirements for the IDC computer room environment are very high.
IDC's computer room site construction is mainly in the following aspects:
1. Computer room decoration: The computer room decoration mainly considers suspended ceilings, partition walls, doors and windows, walls and raised floors.
2. Power supply system: The power supply system is one of the key points of IDC's site construction. Since a large number of IDC equipment requires a great deal of power, the reliability and scalability of the power supply system are extremely important. The power supply system construction mainly includes: power supply, UPS construction (n+1), power distribution cabinets, wires, sockets, lighting systems, grounding systems, lightning protection and self-generation systems, etc.
3. Air conditioning system: the temperature, ventilation method and air environment of the computer room.
4. Security system: access control system, fire protection system and monitoring system.
5. Wiring system: the computer room should have a complete integrated wiring system, which includes data wiring, voice wiring, and terminal wiring.
6. Communication system: including data line bandwidth, number of voice lines, etc.
The decoration of the IDC computer room should meet the following requirements:
1. The ground surface material should be anti-static. The equipment room should provide at least a space of 255cm from the floor, the height of the door should be greater than 210cm, the width of the door should be 90cm, and the average load of the floor should be greater than 5kN/m2. Wherever integrated wiring hardware is installed, the walls and ceiling should be painted with flame-retardant paint.
2. The equipment room should be a fully enclosed room to prevent harmful gases (such as SO2, H2S, NH3, NO2, etc.) from intruding, and there should be good dust-proof measures.
3. The room temperature of the equipment room should be kept between 10℃ and 25℃, and the relative temperature should be kept between 60% and 80%.
4. The equipment room should be equipped with a fire-fighting system that meets the requirements of laws and regulations, and a fire-proof and anti-theft door should be used, and a firewall that can withstand fire for at least 1 hour.
5. The dust in the machine room is required to be less than 0.5um; for the noise in the machine room when it is turned on, it should be less than 70dB when measured at the center console. The radio interference field strength in the computer room is not more than 120dB when the frequency range is 0.15-1000MHz. The magnetic interference field in the equipment room is not more than 800A/m.
6. The lighting in the computer room is required to be 0.8m above the ground, and the illuminance should not be less than 200lx, and the lighting in other rooms should not be less than 5lx. The main passage and related rooms can be set up as needed, but the illuminance is required to be off the ground No less than 1lx at 0.8m.
7. UPS uninterrupted power supply should be used in the equipment room to prevent network communication from being interrupted due to power outages. The UPS power supply shall provide no less than 2 hours of backup power supply capacity. The UPS power size should be calculated based on the power of the network equipment, and has a margin of 20-30%. The power supply equipment in the equipment room should have the function of overvoltage and overcurrent protection to prevent adverse effects and impacts on the equipment.
8. The lightning protection grounding can be grounded separately or shared with the building. Grounding requirements Each wiring cabinet should be separately lead to the grounding body, and the grounding resistance value of the protective grounding wire should not be greater than 2 ohms when the grounding body is separately set; when the same building is used for the common grounding body, it should not be greater than 1 ohm.
In fact, IDC computer room design to decoration is a very rigorous process, and each system can be taken out separately for detailed reference. In view of the cleanliness requirements of the computer room, in the selection of decoration materials, it is necessary to select good air tightness, no dust, easy to clean, small deformation, waterproof, fireproof, and moisture-proof performance. It is advisable to use matte materials to avoid interference in the computer room. Light (reflected light, refracted light, etc.). Of course, the site, materials and equipment should be kept clean during construction. Concealed works (such as under the floor, suspended ceiling, false wall, interlayer) must be dusted and cleaned before sealing, and the surface of the dark place should be kept for a long time.
