Stainless steel transfer window product introduction:
Solid core physical and chemical board
Main ingredients: thick kraft paper (paper produced with unbleached softwood kraft pulp as raw material) soaked with phenolic resin and pressed by high temperature and high pressure. The surface material is a specially formulated resin, which is attached to colored paper.
Basic characteristics:
1. It can withstand the corrosion of a variety of strong acids and alkalis, and it will not leave any traces on the surface of the board within 24 hours;
2. Scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, impact resistance, static resistance, no bending;
3. It can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Note:1. Not suitable for humid environments and long-term direct sunlight environments;
2. It is not suitable to be used as a table for the measurement experiment of metal elements.
Cabinet body: The cabinet body is made of 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin, and the average thickness of the plastic powder film is ≥70μm. There is a movable partition in the double-door cabinet for placing equipment and other objects.
Cabinet surface: 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate is used for the door and drawer surface. The structure is double-layer hollow. The wall cabinet or the partition board is made of 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate.
Slide rail: imported three-section ball slide rail, length 450mm, made of ≥1mm black galvanized steel sheet, bearing ≥50kg.
Handle: One-piece long handle on the cabinet door and drawer surface.
Foot: Metal nylon cast plastic foot, adjustable 30mm
Hinge: Zinc alloy hinge, 175 degree angle, more than 100,000 times of opening and closing.
Basin: PP laboratory water basin

Power source: The power socket is a TCL socket and a national standard power cord.
Reagent rack: The frame type reagent rack is suitable for the central table and the side table. It can be hung as required. The movable shelf is high-quality tempered glass, and the edge is equipped with stainless steel guardrails to prevent items from falling.
Drip rack: the bottom plate is imported solid physical and chemical board. The plunger is a φ10mm anti-acid and alkali stick.
