I. Functional area distribution of medical laboratory decoration design

In the early stage of laboratory planning, the laboratory builder should have a basic framework for the laboratory’s staffing scale, equipment equipment, and experimental space settings, so that the laboratory designer can better integrate the needs of Party A and design a more reasonable, Scientific and customized solutions. II. For the design of hospital laboratories, we must first comply with the following two specifications

1. Setting up regular hospital beds: Article 1.0.4 The hospital scale and standards are determined, and the setting of medical technical departments and specialized wards should be implemented in accordance with the approved design task book. Article 1.0.5 The design of a general hospital that is also used by the disabled shall comply with the relevant professional norms.

2. In addition to implementing this code, the architectural design of general hospitals should also comply with (General Rules for Civil Architecture Design), as well as relevant design standards, codes and regulations promulgated by the state and professional departments.

III. The layout of the laboratory design of the hospital laboratory

The inspection department should usually form a separate area, and the layout should be able to clearly separate the contaminated area, semi-contaminated area, and clean area. For some main functional houses, the following design requirements are mainly required:

1. HIV preliminary screening laboratory: area ≥45㎡, divided into clean area, semi-contaminated area, and contaminated area.

2. Microbiology laboratory: area ≥35㎡, divided into preparation room, buffer room and working area.

3. PCR laboratory: area ≥ 60 square meters, divided into reagent preparation room, sample preparation room, amplification analysis room, the front end of each laboratory partition should be set up with a buffer room.

4. Biochemical zone: Before designing, you should contact the designer or equipment manufacturer to determine the weight, specifications, water rate, power and other parameters of important equipment such as biochemical machines.

5. Blood collection area: It is recommended to form a separate area in the design. The length of the blood collection window should not be less than 1.2m, and the width should be 45-60cm. The number of blood collection windows should be determined with reference to the daily average number of outpatient clinics, and the needs of future business development should be properly considered.

IV, the functional parameters of the decoration design of the laminar flow operating room

1. Low bacteria count in operating room. Ward requirements: air cfu/m3: ≤10; surface cfu/cm3: ≤5; medical staff hand cfu/cm3: ≤5.

2. Comfortable airflow: The indoor temperature is 15-25℃, and the humidity is 50-65%.

3. The positive pressure airflow (+23-25Pa) in the operating room prevents the entry of external pollution.

4. Noise: ≤42dB in the operating room; ≤65dB outside the operating room.

5. Different levels of laminar flow operating rooms have different air cleanliness standards, domestic standards:

The standard of Class I laminar flow operating room is cleanliness level 5, the number of dust particles ≥0.5μm per cubic foot of air, ≤100 particles or ≤3.5 particles per liter of air; The standard of level II laminar flow operating room is cleanliness Class 6, the number of dust particles ≥0.5μm per cubic foot of air, ≤1000 particles or ≤35 particles per liter of air; the standard for level III laminar flow operating room is cleanliness level 7, with ≥0.5μm per cubic foot of air The number of dust particles is less than or equal to 10000 or less than or equal to 352 per liter of air.
