At this time, there are many standards and norms on product production and quality, which are used to regulate production steps and promote product quality. For example, we are familiar with GMP. GMP is the abbreviation of "Good Manufacturing Practice" in English, and Chinese means "good practice" and "good manufacturing standard". It is a kind of independence that pays special attention to the implementation of product quality and hygiene and safety in the production process. Sexual management system. It is also a set of mandatory standards applicable to the pharmaceutical, food and other industries. GMP requires that production enterprises should have good production equipment, reasonable production process, perfect quality management and strict inspection system to ensure that the quality of the final product meets the requirements of laws and regulations. Many companies will adopt the new version of GMP as the standard for the upgrading and transformation of old factories.
According to the pre-GMP standard, the cleanliness level is expressed in accordance with the hundred, thousand, ten thousand, one hundred thousand, and three hundred thousand grades. However, in the new version of the GMP specification, the words such as grade 10,000 and grade 100,000 are no longer expressed, and the distinction is made by A\B\C\D. Based on the fact that many companies are still accustomed to defining cleanliness by using the **level expressions when converting old factories into clean factories. Next, CEIDI Xidi summarized the design and construction knowledge of the 100,000-level clean workshop based on the public's usage habits of cleanliness. Not all spaces in the plant must be closed and clean. A clean workshop may consist of many functional rooms, each of which plays a different role. For example, when we talk about a 100,000-level clean workshop, we will routinely design three parts: a clean area, a quasi-clean area, and an auxiliary area.
The layout of the 100,000-level clean workshop:
1. Two-end type: the clean area is set on one side, and the quasi-clean and auxiliary rooms are set on the other side.
2. Internal configuration: The clean room is located on the periphery, and the corridor is located inside. The cleanliness level of this corridor is generally higher, even at the same level as the clean room.
3. Core type: In order to save land and shorten pipelines, the clean area can be the core, surrounded by various auxiliary rooms and hidden pipeline spaces. This method avoids the impact of outdoor climate on the clean area and reduces cold Thermal energy consumption is conducive to energy saving.
4. Outer surround type: There can be windows or no windows outside, and it can also be used for visiting and placing some equipment. Some are set up on duty heating in the outer corridor, and the outer window must be a double-sealed window.
100,000-level clean workshop adopts technology construction:1. The air-conditioning system must go through a three-stage purification air-conditioning system with primary, medium and high-efficiency filtration. Ensure that the air sent into the room is clean air, which can dilute indoor polluted air. The choice of air conditioning unit must be selected according to climatic conditions. For example, in the north, where the temperature is low and the air contains a lot of dust, it is recommended to install a fresh air preheating section on the air conditioning unit, and to adopt a water spray air treatment method. In the south, where the climate is humid and the air has low dust content, there is no need to install a fresh air preheating section, as long as the primary filter is used. In addition, the matching fan is preferably a frequency conversion fan.
2. Ensure a certain pressure in the room to prevent the air in the clean room from being interfered by the outside air. General industrial clean rooms require a pressure difference of 5-10Pa between indoor and outdoor.
3. The building envelope must ensure good airtightness, smooth building surface, no dust generation, no accumulation of dust, and no leakage.
4. Due to the large number of air changes and low relative humidity in the clean workshop, the moisture content of the wood used in the 100,000-level clean workshop should not be greater than 16%, and it must not be exposed.
The 100,000-level clean workshop is widely used in food, electronic instrumentation, computer room, semiconductor factory, printing factory, automobile industry, aerospace industry, photolithography, microcomputer manufacturing and other industries. In addition to maintaining air cleanliness, it is also necessary to ensure that other requirements in addition to static electricity are met, and achieving cleanliness and other requirements will require a series of professional system content to be constructed to jointly complete the construction of a clean place.
