When doing the clean engineering of the laboratory decoration, it is necessary to ensure that the clean air-conditioning system comprehensively controls the laboratory cleanliness level parameters. In addition, the positive or negative pressure environment of the laboratory must be maintained.
1. Comprehensive control of laboratory cleanliness parameters
If you choose a centralized clean air-conditioning system, the air treatment equipment is concentrated in the computer room, and the treated air is distributed to the terminal device through the conveying pipe, and then sent to the laboratory. The integration of the clean level parameters is realized with different air changes and airflow forms. control. It is characterized by a large amount of processed air and convenient parameter control. It is the first choice for laboratory decoration in clean engineering.
If you choose a decentralized clean air-conditioning system, a separate air-conditioning treatment system will be configured in the area of the laboratory with cleanliness requirements, and the air will be treated through a filter at the air outlet, and then distributed to the end device to achieve comprehensive control of the cleanliness level parameters. Generally speaking, this method is suitable for laboratories with local cleanliness requirements.
2. Maintain the positive or negative pressure environment in the laboratory
The so-called positive pressure value refers to the value of indoor static pressure>outdoor static pressure under the condition of fully closed doors and windows, which is achieved by the method of air supply>return air volume and exhaust air volume of the clean system. The static pressure difference between the clean area of the laboratory and the non-clean area should not be less than 5Pa, and the static pressure difference between the clean area of the laboratory and the outdoor should not be less than 10Pa.
A positive pressure environment is a necessary condition to ensure that the laboratory is not polluted or less polluted and maintain a certain cleanliness level. As for the negative pressure environment, there must also be a matching adjacent positive pressure environment that is not lower than its cleanliness level, so that the cleanliness level of the negative pressure environment can be maintained at a normal level.
The biological area and equipment area in the laboratory are in a positive pressure environment, while the area where toxic and harmful gases or flammable and explosive solvents are used is a negative pressure environment. However, whether it is positive pressure or negative pressure, the air volume and wind speed must be controlled well. In short, the air conditioning system must be able to accurately control its parameters.
