In order to reduce energy consumption when doing the clean engineering of laboratory decoration, the noise control of the clean air conditioning system must be done. In addition, ensuring the stability of the clean air conditioning system is also critical.
I. Do a good job in noise control of clean air conditioning
The noise of the clean air-conditioning system not only makes laboratory staff bored, but also interferes with language communication and equipment, thereby affecting the efficiency of the entire experimental project. Of course, a lot of noise is bound to increase the energy consumption of the laboratory.
Although there are many sources of noise in the laboratory, clean air-conditioning systems or related local purification equipment are obviously large noise producers. As for the size of the noise, it is related to the air flow pattern and the number of air changes, so it is very important to control the noise of the clean air conditioning system.
How to control the noise of clean air-conditioning system? Specifically, we must follow the concept of sustainable development during laboratory decoration, eliminate outdated products with high energy consumption, and choose those new energy-saving systems, so that noise can be controlled from the source. For old equipment that is already in use, it is recommended to install a muffler on the airflow channel of the equipment.
II. Ensure the stability of the clean air conditioning system
Take the biosafety laboratory as an example. Its biological cultivation room is used for the cultivation of test samples and has strict requirements on temperature and humidity, light, air, moisture, and pH. In this way, higher requirements are put forward for the stability of the clean air conditioning system.
In addition, for animal laboratories, their animal rooms must have good sterilization and detoxification functions, so there are many special indicators for clean air conditioning systems in terms of air treatment. To do this well, we must ensure the stability of the clean air conditioning system.
